1. HR Superintendent
a. Placement
Berau – East Kalimantan

b. Job Description
The overall purpose of this position is to administer the human resource recruitment and development activities to ensure the need of the company, its management and employees are met in the most cost – effective manner and contribute to the timely and effective implementation of HR policies, and procedures.

c. Responsibilities 
  • Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and on boarding. 
  • Contribute to the development, implementation and audit of best practice human resource recruitment policies and procedures.
  • Develops and implements compensation strategies and structures that align with company goals and ensures the provisions of cost effective benefits plan.
  • Plans, develops, implements and administers programs, procedures, and guidelines to help align staff with the strategic goals of the company and leads the implementation of a performance management system.
  • Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and practices that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship
  • Carries out Human Resource Management planning and prepares annual budget of assigned unit.
  • Coordinates and advises departmental/unit heads in conducting job analyses and development of job descriptions.
  • Provides assistance to the HR Manager in interpreting and implementing the HR policies.
  • Coordinates the implementation of the performance management system, including the development of performance plans throughout the company, periodic performance reviews and follow ups, and annual performance appraisals.
  • Ensures that subordinates clearly understand company’s HR policies
  • Participates in HR – related negotiations.
  • Observes and documents all developments on the effectiveness of current HR policies and practices and advises the Human Resources Manager.
  • Ensures that exit interviews are conducted in order to determine the details of circumstances leading to and lessons to be learnt from such exits.
  • Consolidates relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR reports relevant to assigned unit.
  • Supervises subordinates, appraises their performance, and facilitates the reward of good performers accordingly.
  • Ensures on the job training and coaching to less experienced personnel so as to enable them to enhance their performance.
  • Performs any other duties as assigned by supervisor from time to time.
d. Job Requirement
  • Education : Bachelor Degree of Psychology, Law, or Management
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years post graduate experience in the private sector (preferably mining).
  • Recruitment experience is desirable.
  • Experience in the area of development is a must. 
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring of employees would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication skill 
  • Have a very good ability in problem identification, problem solving and decision making.
  • Have a good presentation skill

2. General Services Superintendent
b. Placement
Berau – East Kalimantan

b. Job Description
The main purpose for this position is to assist HRGA manager in order to provide excellent service, maintain and enhace facilities/infrastructures; provide support transportation for operational activities, meals, employee housing facilities, etc; deliver project and programs in a timely and cost effective manner.

c. Job Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinates and supervises all subordinates to ensure all works of General Services Section get done in time and well exetuced. 
  • Budgeting and controlling the use of the budget through the assignment year so it will be spent as it planned and won’t be exceeded.
  • Provides general supporting activities such as the administration of company legal documents and permits; factory & office cleanliness; and company transportation
  • Ensure all facilities/infrastructures are good maintained.
  • Ensure meals are in good quality, and delivered in time.
  • Ensure all support transportations are ready to used in term of quality (do not break down) and quantity (backing up all needs of transportation for operational purpose).
  • Budgeting and planning for construction project. 
  • Ensure vendor payment is done by the time it should be.
  • Make sure all work are conducted as it required in company’s operating standard procedures.
  • Ensure reports are delivered in time as it required.
  • Controling and evaluating vendor performance.
  • Evaluating subordinates performance.
  • Consolidates relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports relevant to assigned unit.
  • Supervises subordinates, appraises their performance, and facilitates the reward of good performers accordingly.
  • Ensures on the job training and coaching to less experienced personnel so as to enable them to enhance their performance.

d. Job Requirement
  • Education : Diploma/Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management, Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, and other discipline. 
  • Seven (7) to ten (10) years experience in the field of General Services (preferably mining company)
  • Experience in handling construction project.
  • Excellent communication skill 
  • Have a very good ability in problem identification, problem solving and decision making.
  • Have a good presentation skill

3. Plant Superintendent
c. Placement
Berau – East Kalimantan

b. Job Description
The main purpose for this position is to assist Plant & Rental Department Head in planning, organizing, and running optimum operation to achieve high Physical Availability (PA) for both production and support equipment.

c. Job Responsibilities: 
  • Coordinates operational activities under Plant & Rental Department
  • Ensure all Sub Section under Plant Department perform in effective and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all Plant personnel understand every safety aspect and procedures of every work they engaged.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance are conducted as planned.
  • Ensure al equipment and tools are meet the standard.
  • Ensure parts and components are available.
  • Directs mechanics when it needs to get the job done.
  • Ensure all data about parts, components, tools, PA, etc, is recorded.
  • Colaborate with Plant Trainner to create TNA in order to develop mechanics.
  • Supervises subordinates, appraises their performance, and facilitates the reward of good performers accordingly.
  • Evaluating subordinates performance.
  • Consolidates relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports relevant to assigned unit.
d. Job Requirement
  • Education : Diploma/Degree on mechanical Engineering
  • Eight (8) to ten (10) years experience in Plant or Maintenance Department
  • Started career as mechanic is preferably
  • Familiar with heavy equipment such as : 
- Hauler : Volvo & Scania
- Dump Truck : Mercy Actros & Nissan CWB
- Wheel Loader : Komatsu WA500 & WA600
- Bulldozer : Komatsu D85, D155, D375, CAT 6R, 8R
- Excavator : Komatsu PC200 & PC400
- Grader : Komatsu GD511 & GD705
- Compactor : Bomag 211
- Light Vehicle : Toyota, Isuzu, Ford
