1. Environmental Superintendent
(Subyek: ES)
Overview
Ensure the mining process follows the rules set out in the EIA (AMDAL) and monitor mining operations in accordance with the requirements and standards set by the customer and the government.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Environtmental or Forestry.
- Maximum age of 45
- Having 7 years of experience in mining industry with 3 years at supervisory level.
- Mastering specification tool / work units used in mining process
- Have a Pengawas Operasional Pratama (POP) certificate
- Certified ISO 14001 lead auditor
- Certified ISO 9001 lead auditor
- Certified ISO 18001 lead auditor
- Understand HSE Mining Process and Procedures
- Have the skill of Continuous Improvement
- Strong communication and presentation techniques
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed on the Company sites
2. Head of Mine Engineering Department
(Subyek: HOD MED)
Overview
Develop a strategy of mining operations, control and evaluate the implementation of mine design to meet the efficient and secure condition in site, plan and evaluate equipment performance and monitor the production progress and performance to achieve the goals.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majoring in mining and geology.
- Maximum age of 45
- Having 7 years of experience in mining industry with 3 years as managerial level.
- Mastering specification tool / work units used in mining process
- Have a Pengawas Operasional Madya (POM) certificate
- Certified FINON
- Understand HSE Mining Process and Procedures
- Understand the budget-making and control over its use
- Understand HCA / HR Procedures & Regulation
- Have the skill of Continuous Improvement
- Have the ability to lead and manage people
- Strong communication and presentation techniques
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to be placed on the Company sites
3. Recruitment Team Leader
(Subyek: REC TL)
Overview
Handle recruitment process, fulfil manpower plan, implementing overall recruiting strategy, consulting with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives, posting job ad in newspaper, online media, and other recruitment links.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree majoring in Psychology.
- Maximum age of 35.
- Having 3 years of experience in mining industry as recruiter.
- Mastering specific tools used in recruitment process
- Familiar conducting psychological test.
- Understand HSE Mining Process and Procedures.
- Have the skill of Continuous Improvement.
- Strong communication and presentation techniques.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed on the Company sites.
