PT. Hexindo Gemilang Jaya – Lemang PSC is listed company with core businesses in oil and gas Exploration and Production (E&P) is urgently seeking the following position:

Contract Specialist
Main Responsilibilities : 
Coordinate and execute the contract administration of all goods and services procurement to ensure timely and efficient procurement process in compliance with company’s and Government’s regulations.

Requirement : 
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably from Legal, Engineering, or Economics

Skills, Knowledge, Certification : 
  • Knowledge in government regulation in relation with procurement, knowledge in procurement technical skills and field experience, No. 007/PTK of SKK Migas guidelines certified
  • English proficiency and computer skill

Work experience : 
Minimum of 4 years of experience in same position in oil & gas company


Head of Budget & Reporting
The candidate should have finance and accounting background with 3 years of experience as finance, accounting or audit manager, preferably in upstream oil & gas exploration-production company. Broad knowledge and experiencing in government budget and reporting, also corporate book using IFRS.

Scopes of Work : 
Lead Budget and Reporting section. Planning, reviewing and monitoring budget and reporting process to get a proper final Government and Corporate budget and reporting. Responsible for budget and cost control on AFE and non AFE cost includes monitoring AFE close out. Responsible for correct ECS (revenue) billing to customer and also following up revenue collection. Approve monthly accrual provided by staff. Back to back with Head Finance and Accounting.

Skill : 
Fluent in writing and speaking in English. Good in managerial, communication and presentation skills. Good in Microsoft office software including power point. Understand PSC concept and general accepted accounting principles.


Treasury & Tax Supervisor
The candidate should have finance and accounting background with 5 years working in oil & gas company. Broad knowledge and detail experiencing in treasury & tax.

Scopes of Work : 
Plan, coordinate, and implement tax & treasury activities and procedures to optimize cost control process, to perform effective & efficient financial documentation and reporting for management control and decision making.

Skill : 
Fluent in writing and speaking in English. Good in communication skills. Good in Microsoft office software. Understand PSC concept and general accepted accounting principles in tax & treasury.


General Accounting & Account Payable Supervisor
The candidate should have finance and accounting background with 5 years working in oil & gas company. Broad knowledge and detail experiencing in General Accounting & Account Payable.

Scopes of Work : 
Plan, coordinate, and implement invoice verification, payment and key into system for account payable activities and estimate operational cost will be accrued every month in accordance company operational activity is not delayed by financial function.

Skill : 
Fluent in writing and speaking in English. Good in communication skills. Good in Microsoft office software. Understand PSC concept and general accepted accounting principles in General Accounting & Account Payable.


Field Security Supervisor
Main Responsibilities 
Analyze, arrange and implementing policy, work program and security action (preventive and action) of all field operational activity for security risk and impact will be handled properly to support company operational activity.

Requirements : 
Education : Diploma’s Degree, from any discipline or military or police force.

Skills, Knowledge, Certification : 
• Skills in security operation and coordination with all internal and external relation of the company. 
• English proficiency both active and passive
• Computer skills

Work experience : 
Min. 6 years of experience in Oil & Gas Industry.


Oil Accounting
Main Responsibilities : 
Calculating and taking notes on well production data, documenting data to support operation production performance. Arrange shift schedule of production operator as instruction from foreman and production supervisor, preparing time sheet, preparing gasoline using report on operation production supporting facilities and overtime hour. Preparing monthly production report for crude oil lifting at end of point of delivery and prepare joint report data.

Requirements : 
Education : Diploma’s Degree, from technical discipline.

Skills, Knowledge, Certification : 
• Skills in risk management, integrated planning and project management. 
• Computer skills

Work experience : 
Min. 5 years of experience in operation production Oil & Gas Industry.
