Directs and coordinates all the activities of workers in order to achieve development worker competency level of staff throughout the project and all the positions in the Head Office and the office of Balikpapan through TNA based matrix applicable competence to ensure the availability of the company’s internal HR in accordance with the demands of work and work plan defined

- Level of education S1 Psychology/Management/Industry. Master degree form psychology more preferable
- Understand Mining Process
- Understand about flow training
- Understand about HSE Procedurs
- Have at least 2 years in the same field

HEAD OF GA SECTION

Job Description
Plan, implement, facilitate, monitor, analyze and evaluate all the activities at the General Affairs and make reconciliation and monthly reports on the activities related to the work of General Affairs with the aim to provide convenience, neatness, cleanliness, safety, comfort and satisfaction of workers in Head Office, to support the smooth operations of the company in the directives of superiors, policy, budget restrictions and procedures and HSE standards applicable
