We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

CSR COORDINATOR
(Assignment : All Over Indonesia)
Plan, develop and monitor CSR programs for the company and develop sustainable links with local stake holders (community, local government, NGO, etc) in term of assisting HCOD Director to ensure the sustainability of company’s licence to operate.

Requirements:
  1. Min. Bachelor degree from any disciplines. 
  2. Min. 5 (five) years working experience in related field. 
  3. Proven experience in community development and competency in participatory management. 
  4. Deep understanding of community initiative subject. 
  5. Shows good people skills, strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, maturity, understand how to approach/deal with communities. Local government, NGO’s, and other stakeholders. 
  6. Demonstrate ability in project development, design, implementation and evaluation. 
  7. Demonstrate ability to build cohesive teams and achieve goals through teamwork. 
  8. A self-driven person and result oriented. 
  9. Good command in English, both oral and written.

Responsibilities:
  1. Map the priority stakeholders in areas in which the company operates in order to design the appropriate programs that suitable with stakeholders needs. 
  2. Establish, develop, and monitor the implementation of CSR strategies, guidelines, procedures and programs at corporate and project level to ensure the CSR programs are running well comply with government regulations. 
  3. Establish and develop communications plans and materials, including web content, press releases and articles as well as organise several annual and special networking events and informal ceremonies involving the beneficiaries to ensure that CSR programs has been socialized and communicated well. 
  4. Inform and advise the management with key community issues that can significantly influence company reputation to ensure that preventive action has been decided by management. 
  5. Coordinate and liaise with Project Management in delivering corporate social programs to ensure corporate social programs run smoothly. 
  6. Establish and maintain relationship and communication with local community and local government in order to keep peace and harmonious relationship. 
  7. Review inquiries and proposals from the third party, screen and conduct due diligence, draft summaries and recommendations for being reviewed by the executive committee. 
  8. Develop ways to measure, learn from and improve impact; monitor progress of partnerships or delivered programs, and report to founder and board on a regular basis to ensure programs effectiveness. 
  9. Prepare and propose CSR budget for each site location and for tendering purposes in order to ensure all budgets are meet the objectives.
