AUTO ELECTRICIAN FOREMAN
(Assignment: South Kalimantan)
Monitor and coordinate electrician daily activities to ensure electric works are performed in a technically correct and efficient manner, conform to company’s standard and policies.

Requirements:
  • Min. High School Degree with 7 years or Diploma Degree with 5 years experiences in engineering (electrical).
  • Min. 3 years experiences as an Electrician in mining industry.
  • Previous experiences in field of work, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Good understanding of electrical equipment, any cable size and wires commonly used in electrical installing.
  • Good understanding of electric installation.
  • Qualifications and certificates in field of trades / required duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for compliance to weekly and monthly planning, including schedule work order, relating to all maintenance tasks set out daily / to help achieve long term maintenance plans and high equipment availability.
  • Monitor and communicate all maintenance work instructions to subordinates, in a clear and defined manner.
  • Plan and supervise Electrician activities regarding tools requirement, spare parts, and consumable goods and also manpower planning in establishment, maintenance, and repairmen of site.
  • Responsible in maintain and repair Electrician system in site / project.

DATA ANALYST
(Assignment: South Kalimantan)
Assist Condition Monitoring Analyst in their activities, handle SOS administration things, doing regular data download and managing data, monitoring, and following up all CM Work Orders in EAM.

Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree (D2 / D3) in Mechanical / Automotive / Electric / Civil / Industrial Engineering, or minimum 2 years or more Heavy Equipment Mechanical backgrounds.
  • Has one year or more of general experience in Condition Monitoring & Machine Application tools (SOS, VIMS, ET, VHMS, INSITE, etc.) is an advantageous.
  • Has general knowledge in Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management and Concepts.
  • Good experience in computer literatures.
  • Fair in English both oral and written.
  • Preferable to have light vehicle driving license (SIM A).
  • Able to work under pressure.
Responsibilities:
  • Promote HSE program targeting zero work related injuries and illness, including :
a. Fulfil personal HSE scorecard target requirements from site or as directed by superior.
b. Make sure LOTO procedure and Pre-Shift program is followed for all maintenance tasks.
c. Report if any incident directly to supervisor and to HSE as soon as possible.
d. Promoted in using PPE correctly and properly in workplace to employee and taken place a disciplinary action for any PPE misuse.
  • Handle SOS administration things, such as :
a. Labeling SOS bottle and completing all required data (oil history, top up quantity, oil type, etc.).
b. Dispatch SOS bottle to procurement and making daily dispatch report.
  • Doing regular data download, managing data, analyzing data, and following up issues regarding :
a. Doing regular data download as per schedule and ensuring all unit are well monitored.
b. Managing data download and reporting reason for not downloaded unit.
c. Timely distributing downloaded data and analyze data to define the issue also follow up by generating work order and regular report.
d. Submit data to CMA Balikpapan regularly.
  • Monitoring and following up all CM Work Orders in EAM, including :
a. Help CM to create and close all of CM work orders (SOS bad ratings and events data download).
b. Help CM to generate support all outstanding CM work orders in order to monitor them well.
  • Doing or assist vendor in doing CTS inspections, including :

Provide support to the business line or Project business operation with leading the process of implementing HSE program from implement, execute, monitor and evaluate, the activities and provide corrective action required to achieve good HSE business process compliance with definitive performance target.

Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma degree in Industrial Hygiene or Bachelor degree in Engineering / Occupational Health and Safety major.

Administer asset maintenance group to improve service support to maintain asset and increase availability and reliability of company asset.

Requirements:
  • Min diploma degree in engineering (D3) with 4 years experiences, preferably fresh graduates
  • Experience in administration asset/ plant/ maintenance activity is advantage

Perform maintenance planning activities on site / in the field include prepare and manage periodical maintenance plan, eventually to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Requirements:
  • Education & Experience :
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Engineering major with 4 years experiences in heavy equipment maintenance operation & planning, or
- Min. Diploma Degree in Engineering major (preferably mechanical) with 7 years experiences in heavy equipment maintenance operation & planning, or
- Min. STM Mechanical with 12 years experiences in heavy equipment maintenance operation & planning.Previous experience in field of work, with min 3 (three) years experience in a leadership role
  • Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Program.
  • Strong knowledge & concept for set-up preventive maintenance, additional know-how in predictive maintenance is a plus.
  • Preferably to have on-hand experience in :
- Work planning & scheduling.
- Maintenance data and task analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, and Reliability).

- Booking labour

  • Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor in order to organize the execution of Maintenance Plan, e.g.: follow up machine in scheduled maintenance plan.
  • Perform other sub maintenance plan effectively e.g.:
- Provide maintenance plan compliance
- Monitor the progress of maintenance plan event, incl. any unplanned down time (breakdown)
- Define the SOW (Scope of Work) of CCOA (Component Change Out Analysis)
  • Support Senior Maintenance Planner in terms of liaise with other section / dept. key person on site and to ensure maintenance planning activities run as per plan.

Requirements:
  • Min diploma degree, preferably in Administration / Secretary
  • Min 2 (two) years experiences in Secretary or Administration

  • Experience on both Liebherr and Hitachi model excavator.

  • Assist with development and presentative measures, for repeat or ongoing failure trends within relevant department areas e.g. inadequate PM practices, incorrect parts used, incorrect repair procedures, incorrect adjustments, and quality issue with parts supplied.
  • Check and examine all heavy equipment in the field for compliances to periodic maintenance schedule (250, 500, 1000, 2000 hours), lubrication or grease, refuelling, spare-part replacement if necessary.
  • Ensure work performed conforms to HSE Corporate procedures, and official standards and requirements.

TRAINING COORDINATOR
(Assignment: South Kalimantan)
Plan, coordinate, and conduct technical training program in Asset Management (site) to ensure training implementations within Asset Management are effective, conform to training needs analysis and allocated budget.

Requirements:
  • Min. Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Min. 3 years experiences in Heavy Equipment maintenance & repair.
  • Has proficient knowledge of current Heavy Equipment system operation and technology.
  • Has strong exposure as a trainer for Asset Management operation on project.
  • Able to develop module / syllabus for sustainable technical training program (Petrosea property right).
  • Excellent computer literature (MS Office).
  • Fluency in English both oral and written.
  • Willing to travel around Petrosea project sites.
Responsibilities:
  • Review and analyse training schedule, training ads, machine availability in order to ensure the completion of site training process prerequisite.
  • Conduct and evaluate onsite training (train & develop Maintenance crew on Floor (80% actual Job, 20% on Class)) and development (coaching, counselling, training, OJT) liaise with site Maintenance and Operation Trainers to ensure onsite training programs are well implemented.
  • Prepare regular report onsite training activities to superior in order to provide training implementation update.
  • Coordinate and liaise with superior in order to arrange vendor training onsite.
  • Review and adjust / modify technical training needs based on employee skill gap in specific areas in order to maintain appropriate training plans.
  • Review and analyze training reports, papers, and other records from subordinates in order to ensure clarity, completeness, and accuracy.
  • Oversee maintenance of training files in order to provide training administration support.
  • Practice continuous improvement by improving processes and procedures, eliminating non-value added activities, and developing a self-development plan to enhance processes and procedures effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with superior in analysing and defining work planned for all Maintenance Crew.
