Martabe Gold Mine is managed and operated by PT Agincourt Resources. The mine covers an area of 30 km2 that falls under the sixth generation of Contract of Work (Cow) covering a total area of 1,639 km2.

The resource base on 31 December 2015 includes 7.4 Mos. of gold and 69 Mos. of silver. Production commenced at Martabe on 24 July 2012. The operating capacity of Martabe Gold Mine is 4.5 tap ore to produce in excess of 250,000 oz. of gold and 2-3 Mos. of silver per annum.

PT Agincourt Resources engages approximately 2,300 employees and contractors, more than 98% Indonesians, of which 71% were recruited from South Rapanui and other regions in North Sumatra.

To strengthen the existing management team and to ensure the achievement of the company objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role:

FACILITIES & SERVICES MANAGER (FS 1606031)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Deputy General Manager of General Affairs.

This position would be responsible to provide a service to, or to operate facilities across the Martabe Operation, and to provide support services to other departments in the Production and Non Production areas of the Operation. Specific focus and attention is required to manage of these services, in a manner which ensures all operational and maintenance plans, systems and processes are in place.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
  1. Graduation from recognised in Hospitality Services Management / Hotel & Restaurant Management.
  2. Proficient with Facility Services in Mining and site base.
  3. 10 years or more relevant experience in managing site facilities such as Camp and Catering Management, Building Maintenance and Travel Management.
  4. Ability to manage the work of others on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  5. High Personal Integrity, Good self-initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  6. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
  7. Proficient in English skills both written and spoken
  8. Superior work ethic, be able to effectively communicate with all staff and display a high degree of respect to the local people and their culture
SERVICES SUPERINTENDENT (FS 1606032)

This position will be based at Martabe site and reports directly to the Facilities & Services Manager.

This position required in purpose to manage high level of quality services in camp and catering, developing the creative ideas of foods services alternates, maintain to ensure food safety standard should consistently implemented in food preparation, process and servicing. Manage camp accommodation services meet to the company standard required, maintain and developing the other services facilities, propose quarterly event activities at Site in the end target to achieve good level comments of services satisfaction from users with the future goal this position should able to provide and developing better quality of life for employees and camp residents.

Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
  1. Diploma III of Hospitality Services Management / Hotel & Restaurant Management.
  2. Desirable Diploma IV or Degree in Hospitality Services Management.
  3. 7-10 years experiences in Hotel, Restaurant, and Catering Services.
  4. Preferably with Camp & Catering Services experience in Remote areas.
  5. High level of knowledge in all areas of housekeeping, catering services and food production, food costs, food safety management system and general hygiene and sanitation.
  6. Problem solving and analytical ability.
  7. Communication and presentation skill.
  8. High Personal Integrity, Good self-initiative and ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
  9. High attention to the details and time target oriented.
  10. Computer literate with Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook and Internet.
  11. Fluent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential along with excellent report writing.
